FOUNDER'S JOURNEY

Alright, so this is definitely gonna deviate from your regular "About Me" page because I'm just gonna keep it real for everyone here. I wear my heart on my sleeve, and I think that's dope, so I'm going to be unapologetically me. Sooooooo, HI!!!!! My name is Sahaj Singh, and I am the Founder of VIRA MOTION!! I guess I'll just start yapping about myself here. Being active and moving my body is a non-negotiable in my life. Going to the gym every day in the pursuit of becoming a better version of myself than the day before brings me so much joy. I would quite literally be in a mental asylum if I didn't go to the gym because working out is the only time my mind slows down and allows me to exist in peace. It is the best part of my day. Playing sports with my friends or even random people also brings me so much joy and happiness. You can connect so effortlessly with people over a game of pickleball. The passion that I have for being active and the drive to make a difference in people's lives is why I started VIRA MOTION. I've wanted to be a business owner since I was a junior in high school, but I never knew what type of business to start. It was just one random day that I decided I was going to make premium activewear. After that day, I spent countless hours and days learning, failing, re-learning, and executing to make VIRA MOTION a reality. My rudimentary sketches have come to life as actual products that I am proud to stand behind. 

MY PURPOSE/MESSAGE

I truly believe that my purpose in this life is to spread positivity. I think there is a severe lack of positivity in this world, and I don't like that. Positivity has gotten me through the toughest mental battles and has helped me achieve physical milestones that I never thought I could achieve. I truly believe that being positive is the most practical mindset to live your life. VIRA MOTION sells premium activewear, but I want this brand to stand for positivity, joy, and genuine laughter. keep moving forward is something I live my life by. No matter what is going on in my life, the best course of action is always keep moving forward. Putting one foot in front of the other. Even on my worst days, knowing that if I keep moving forward, time will move on, and I will see better days. 

VIRA MOTION'S WHY

VIRA MOTION is using business as a force for good. Profit is endless, and I wanted to give back to some kind of cause that resonates with me, as I gain more success with my business. So I chose to donate to the Jordan Thomas Foundation. For every unit sold, we donate $1 to the Jordan Thomas Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing prosthetics to children who otherwise couldn’t afford them. These prosthetics give kids the freedom to move, play, and compete; experiences that every child deserves. The ability to move my body is never taken for granted, and I want to give that gift to kids in need of prosthetics. Gaining the ability to play with friends and compete in sports with prosthetics is a transformational experience for a child that I hope to facilitate.

VIRA MOTION'S MISSION

I want this to be the biggest activewear brand possible, and I am committed to making that happen. I want to spread positivity through this brand, and that is the essence of my whole mission with VIRA MOTION. Don't get me wrong, I have actually fallen in love with designing and creating quality clothing, but the message behind everything is positivity =:)
